With nearly 15 years of experience, I’ve had the opportunity to work in both spa and chiropractic settings, working with clients with backgrounds ranging from sedentary, athletic, senior, and individuals living with Multiple Sclerosis. Though I am known for my relaxing deep pressure work, I always tailor treatments to each person’s individual needs, blending relaxation with targeted therapeutic care. You may cancel or reschedule by contacting [213-819-2064] or by managing your booking through our online portal. 24-Hour Notice Required: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Deposit based services: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment or if you fail to show up, your 50% deposit will be forfeited as liquidated damages fee to compensate the business for the lost time slot. Non-deposit based services: Upfront deposit is not required to book. However, if you no-show, cancel, or reschedule with less than 24 hour notice, a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged to your card on file. Late Arrivals: Appointments will not be extended past the scheduled end time due to late arrival. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be canceled and treated as a late cancelation, incurring the respective 50% fee or deposit forfeited.
